All financial transactions on 22win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cricket and PSL bets: In-play cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are subject to suspension during key moments (wickets, rain delays, DLS recalculations). Any bets placed during a market suspension will not be accepted. If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined under the applicable competition rules, bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Technical errors during gameplay — such as disconnections, game freezes, or server interruptions — are handled in line with each game provider's own fair play policy. In most cases, game state is preserved server-side and the session can be resumed.
